The Team Lead, is an essential member of store leadership. They oversee work of team members to ensure great customer service is provided by making sure food is prepared safely and accurately. The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring team team member are present for each shift, take breaks as required, receive appropriate training, and perform in the moment coaching.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position leads work of team members during assigned shifts.
EDUCATION.
None required
EXPERIENCE.
Three to six months related experience and/or training.
Proven ability to lead people, and take ownership of area of responsibility
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Spanish speaking a plus.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions and
Percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or
diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized
situations.
